The Healing Resilience Program is a one-on-one experience designed to help women like you work through any relationship loss, unresolved emotions, and feeling stuck. Grief is not just about losing a loved one—it’s the deep ache that comes with any significant life shift. As a life coach, I see grief in many forms: the quiet pain of feeling lost or stuck in your identity, the exhaustion of carrying the weight of the world, the strain of navigating relationship changes, or the overwhelm of political and societal stressors. These experiences can leave you feeling unsettled, unseen, or emotionally drained.

The Healing Resilience Coaching program is about more than "living your best life." It’s about taking small, meaningful steps toward understanding and resolving the pain you’ve been recycling, so you can reclaim your peace and inner confidence. You'll find the self belief to express your emotions without fear of judgment, finally feeling truly seen and understood. You’ll work with me during 18 private, 50-minute phone sessions over the course of 5 months. Each call is designed to give you space to reflect, heal, and move toward feeling free, clear, and powerful.

I’m a certified support and transformation coach, and like so many of us, I’ve been deeply affected by the weight of the world we’re living in right now. The constant uncertainty, the quiet grief, the ache of unspoken losses—it’s a lot. I’ve felt overwhelmed too. And through it all, I’ve learned how vital it is to stay grounded within ourselves, to find even small moments of peace that can help bring us back to center.


My work is dedicated to helping midlife women heal the grief that’s often left unspoken—grief from life transitions, unmet expectations, or simply feeling disconnected from who they used to be. My own experiences with loss and the emptiness of living without a clear sense of purpose showed me that pain doesn’t have to define us.

I work with women who feel stretched thin, unsure of where to begin, or tired of feeling like they’re never quite enough. Together, we move gently—toward steadiness, self-respect, and the quiet relief of feeling more like yourself again.
